photography process any damages that may occur
either directly or indirectly.

otherwise move or touch items for the staging of
homes for the purpose of creating a virtual
tour. Please have all items moved prior
to the scheduled appointment.
Appointments for photography are confirmed by
phone or by email and can be rescheduled by
either party 24 hours in advance without
indemnification. Appointments cancelled within
24 hours by purchasing agent can be charged a
trip charge of up to $50.
VirtualToursNow.com makes no warranties or
representations of any kind that the services
provided by this website or any linked site will
be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the site
or the server that hosts the site are free from
viruses or other forms of harmful computer code.
